Jackpot is a sculpture that reinterprets the imagery of slot machines using everyday materials. Rolls of toilet paper decorated with symbols related to luck, work, and health are aligned on a metal bar and can be set in motion by the viewer. Through this simple and fragile reconstruction, the work draws a parallel between the logic of gambling and that of labor, where chance, precarity, and productivity intersect. Both playful and critical, it highlights the sometimes arbitrary and absurd nature of the systems that structure our social and professional lives.
